Our service & subscriptions
-
The Rapid Policy Feedback Tool allows users to provide feedback on policy and set out their sustainability priorities as a business.
-
The Rapid Policy Feedback Tool has three core subscription types which dictate the price users pay per month. The subscription is determined based on the size of the company (Micro, SME or Large Enterprise). Payment exemptions can be applied for in cases where companies cannot afford to pay. Applications will be assessed and granted where appropriate by the Rapid Policy Feedback Tool Team.
Subscriptions
-
Subscriptions begin from the day of purchase. Thereafter a payment will be taken on a monthly basis on the original purchase date. Your subscription will continue on a monthly basis until you actively terminate it.
-
Unless you cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date, you authorise us to charge you for your next month's membership fee via your chosen payment method.
-
Our pricing model is designed to avoid the need for constant changes. However, we may need to change the price of our service for a variety of reasons, such as changes to underlying costs. If there are any changes to your subscription price you will be notified. We reserve the right to communicate with our subscribers as necessary, as per our Privacy Policy. The majority of our communications will be in electronic format.
-
Subscribers are responsible for keeping their details, including where relevant their password, safe and secure.
Billing and cancellation
-
The first payment for your subscription will be taken on the original payment date, and thereafter a further payment will be taken on a monthly basis on the original purchase date.
-
Your payment will be taken via the same payment method that you used to make your first payment. You can change your payment method at any time by logging into your account and accessing the 'Manage account' page.
-
We process payments with Stripe, a third-party payments application. Liability for payment issues therefore rest with Stripe. As part of Stripe's service they may attempt to automatically update card details when a member receives a new card. Automatic card updates require card issuers to participate with the network and provide this information.
-
We do not store your card details. All payments are processed through Stripe.
-
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into your account and accessing the 'Manage account' page. We endeavour to cancel subscriptions as quickly as possible, but if you do not cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date you could still be charged for the following month.
-
We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription. Failure to meet your monthly payment could result in the cancellation of your subscription.
